This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite colouring medium (markers, pencils, paint) (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.
Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:
Anne
Using Teddy Colouring
I've always coloured, since I was a child in fact and I enjoy using and practising with lots of different mediums. I think my favourite has to be alcohol markers; I have Copics and Promarkers and love the effect when you blend the colours together
It's fairly safe to say that mine is watercolouring with my DI reinkers. I like not only the softness of how they look, but also the process of the watercolouring with the paintbrush. I take my time over it and some of them can take me quite a while, but it's something I do for pleasure, not a race.
My favorite coloring medium is Copic markers. I love the variety of colors and the wonderful way they blend.
Elaine
My favourite medium is Promarker alcohol pens. I love how easy they are to blend and the range of colours.

My favourite colouring medium has always been copics - they always blend beautifully and there is a huge colour range.

My favourite colouring medium is my coloured pencils. I started using them when I started making cards more than 10 years ago. I love how much it relaxes me, when I use them to colour an image. I love that you can get a soft look, but bright colours are also no problem.
I always use Copic markers. They are the pens I started with and although I have tried pencils I find Copics much easier and always go back to them.
It's Promarkers for me. I have tried a range of alternatives over the years but still reach for my Promarkers. I know exactly which colours work and blend together.
For me it is Distress Inks (ReInkers) which I use as watercolours. I have tried all sorts over the years, but come back to the DIs every time, they are my happy place.
So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.
Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.
