This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite Feminine or Masculine (crafting style wise) (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

It's pretty obvious from most of my creations that I prefer making feminie rather than masculine cards. I love all the flowers and pretty embellisments that make cards a bit more feminine, and I'd say that pinks and purples are my go-to colours.  Although today's card isn't too frilly, it is still feminine with the pretty pink floral papers.

For me, itÊ»s all about the goodies I have to work with.  Right now I have some new digital papers that make it really fun to do masculine cards.  I do love making famine cards, but the fact that masculine are a bit less fussy is sometimes preferable.

Gosh, I love making both feminine and masculine, so had to do a bit of both for this challenge..

I like making female cards best. There are so many pretty papers, girly images and flower dies to choose from not to mention gems and pearls.

Most of the times my cards are feminine style. I love using cute images, pink, cute embellishments etc, so they are easy for me to make. Masculine cards are harder, I prefer it when I can make them for a special person, so you know what kind of image and colours you can use.

Feminine for me.  I love to make pretty cards, especially floral ones, and like to add sparkly embellishments too.

It's defnintely a feminine make from me. I have oodles of girly stamps, papers, ribbons and flowers that really should be used!!

The majority of my makes are feminine, but I do really enjoy making for the boys as you can get away with simplicity without losing impact

Most of the time I make feminine cards. I like to use girly papers, flowers, embellishments and self coloured images.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.

So, onto our next challenge

The winner of this challenge will be invited to be a guest designer for the month of July.

This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite: Blond or Brunette (colour combo wise) (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

As a brunette myself (I'm ignoring the invading greys!) my default hair colours are Antique Linen, Brushed Corduroy, Vintage Photo, Gathered Twigs. I actually find blonds quite difficult to colour as they seem to end up getting darker as I add more layers!

I have to go with brunette.  Most of the humanoids I colour have auburn or reddish brown hair which stems back to my youth.  I loved having the surprise streaks of fire amongst the brown and have fun adding it to my images.

Blond for me, I'm blond [silver, grey, sometimes purple] and always loved the many shades of blond, even being blond I still dyed it when I was young..er..to make it more blond..

I was a brunette once upon a time. Now I am salt and pepper!  I do prefer to colour dark hair, I like the contrast.

I am not a big fan of colouring people, because I don't like colouring hair. So I don't have a real preference for blond or brown hair. I do often try to colour blond hair, but I most of the times I ruin it because I make everything too dark. So for this challenge I wanted to try to make blond hairs and I think I did pretty well this time.

really do struggle with colouring blond hair whichever colour combo I use and am never really happy with the result, so prefer to colour brunette.  You can get the highlights easier because the pens are that much darker.

Brunette for me as it's what I used to be!! I am letting nature do her "thing" and stopped dying my hair a few years ago as I am actually blessed with an even salt and pepper grey now.

I used to be a brunette, very dark, but in later years it had to have help!  I made the decision to stop colouring it the Christmas before Covid hit us (lockdown was a blessing as no one witnessed the badger phase) and now, weird or what, I'm grey with a blonde tint (natural)

Brunette! I used to be a brunette. I have dyed it for a long time but since 5 years I stopped doing it. But now it's a very nice gray. Sometimes people ask me if it is my own color or if it was done by the hairdresser.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.
