Your Favourite Person to Make for at Christmas (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

Although I enjoy crafting as a hobby, it's far more motivating when I know the recipient of my project will appreciate the hours of creative work you've poured into your project.  I particularly like making for my Bestest Crafting Buddy who also happens to be my Partner in Crime when it comes to buying more stash (although to be fair, no encouragement is usually required!)

I've made a tag to decorate an Advent calendar that I've made with a few crafty bits inside. I can't disclose what's inside because she won't start opening the doors until tomorrow and I don't want any spoilers, but I hope she enjoys opening the doors as each day arrives. I can at least share the tag which she should have already seen by now, in preparation for tomorrow's 'Grand Opening Ceremony'!

My favorite "person" to make for is our puppy, Koa!  He is a new member of our family, and I loved crocheting this Christmas fuzzy lei for him.  I canÊ»t say he particularly excited about it, but I love that he looks so cute and festive.  He will look great in our family pic.

My favourite person to make for, [and a bit difficult as we have two more]...
would be Hadley, my great grandson..

Inside..

and out..

I love making cards for my Grandson. It is fun to choose an image and colour  it and see the smile when he opens it.

I love making christmas tags for my family. I use them on presents and they love them. This one is for my very sweet mother, just because she is the best!

This year it is my Grandson.  It's the first Christmas where he is more aware of what is going on and he's already been to see Santa!

My card is for my Granddaughter Mollie Rose and I have personalised this tall one for her.

One of my favourite people to make for is my darlin' mum, she always
appreciates the time and effort that goes into creating something just for her.

My favorite person to make a Christmas card for is my friend.I know she doesn't like the traditional or cute Christmas cards. So I made this for her in somewhat modern colour scheme.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.

It's definitely pingus for me!
What's not to love about these cute tuxedo-wearing waddlers!

In a recent challenge, I let everyone know how much I love teddy bears, so I chose a Christmas bear.  They are so cute and cuddly.

My favourite critter by a country mile is Barry..
He is a little charmer..

I love these Christmas puppies. They are ideal for my Daughter and Son in law's Christmas card as they have 2 springer spaniels. The only difference is Lupin and Rosie are not that quiet for long!

It won't be a surprise that I have chosen for a 2 little mice. A mouse has always been my favourite animal. I think they are really adorable and I love their funny big ears.

It has to be a reindeer for me and especially one with a red nose! It wouldn't be Christmas without a Rudolph.

Without question my favourite christmas critter is the lovely James!! Christmas just wouldn't be the same if I didn;t ink one of my LOTV grey rubber James stamps.

I do love a teddy for Christmas, something cuddly, cheery, and comfy to hug

My favorite Christmas critter is a (Penny Black) cat. I have several really cute Christmas cats from Penny Black. This is one of my favorite. They are so cheery.

So now it's over to you.

This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite Christmas Colours (modern or traditional) & why.
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

using Polar Bear from Winter Wonderland bundle
Although I can apprecaite the warmth of deep reds, golds and evergreens at Christmas, I really love soft pinks and purples at Christmas too. I've used one of my favourite wintry papers on this pastels card with some pink accents.

I love Christmas in any color, but tend to make cards with traditional Christmas colors.  I love them because right away, red and green make me think of my favorite time of the year, Christmas!

I used to be very traditional but my favourite these days is modern,
especially white and grey..

I usually make Christmas cards in traditional colours, but occasionally I use something different. I like this combination of a moss green and a deep pinks. It is still festive.

Using Sponsor Image: Holly Mouse
I love making christmas cards in traditional colours. I really love the red, because it really pops!

I like to use modern colours now again for a change from red and green and my favourite colours are lilac/purple.  This shade goes so well with silver.

I tend to favour cute and whimsical images so, more often than not, I team them with more modern colours. For these two I have used adorable penguins from our lovely sponsor Amanda Jayne Designs.

I flip-flop between modern and traditional colours, and this year, for me, traditional
are back in favour.  There's just something so Christmassy about the reds and greens with the occasional sprinkle of gold.

My favorite Christmas colors are the traditional colours. But I also like to make Christmas cards in modern colours. Preferably in blue.
For this challenge I'm going for the colours green and red.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
