This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite: Cute or Floral (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.
Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:
I'm definitely a fan of anything cute and I'm not overkeen on purely floral images (the singel flower held by my cute critter is the closest I'll get to floral images!). I do like floral papers though, but in the main my image will usually include some kind of critter!
I would usually say cute, but I seem to be doing more floral of late. I think it is because of all the beautiful floral stamps and dies that are currently available.
I love cute but my favourite has to be floral, I love the colours
and textures and of course the smell...
This is always a difficult choice. I love both. So I have used very cute bunnies and a little patch of flowers. so I am sitting on the fence with this challenge. I think the cuteness of this card gives it the awe factor.
I love both floral and cute cards, or even better a cute animal with a big flower. Today I went for a floral card. I love the simple but elegant look of just the black lines combines with the stenciled background.
I tend to make more floral cards nowadays, although I do make cute for children. I love all the layering dies you can buy nowadays.
No contest, it's most definitely cute for me!! Such a plethora of cute stamps and images out there to go with my patterned papers.
For me that is floral. I love flowers, their fragrance and colours. I can't wait for the fields with blooming tulips and hyacinths. That's what make me very happy.
It's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.
Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.
