This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite Season (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

Summer is definitely my favourite season of the year. I love the warmth of the sunshine and the long light days.  I've used this colourful floral image and papers to represent summer.

Spring is my most favorite season.  I love watching everything wake up after a long Winter's rest.  I love flowers and they begin to appear everywhere.

Elaine

I love all the seasons but Winter and Christmas are favourite. I love the variety of cards and projects I can make. When the weather is cold outside it is lovely to get in the craft room and play.

I love every season, because they all have something special. I love the cosy feeling I get in the winter, when it is dark and cold outside and I am in house reading under a blanket with a cup of tea to drink. Spring is lovely because everything starts to grow, love the blossom you see everywhere. Summer is nice because of its temperature and you can sit outside. I love the colours of fall. Trees are so pretty when the leaves are changing into all kinds of pretty colours. Because it that time again, I decided to make something for fall and that was the perfect excuse to use all those warm pretty colours.

Spring is my favourite season when you know winter is over and the garden starts to burst into life again with warmer days ahead.

Normally I would say I am a fan of autumn for the amazing colours that she brings, however, I really enjoyed this summer (although at times the heat was too much to bear) and loved being able to wear shorts pretty much all the time!! I also discovered Plum, honey and ginger ice cream...yum!!
It's a toss up between Spring and Autumn for me, Winter is too dark and (certainly this year) Summer is far too hot.  I love the mellow richness of this time of year, the colours, the smells, apples, blackberries and pears, and I don't even mind the shorter evenings so long as I can get home in daylight!

My favorite season is winter. I love the weather, snow and the long and dark evenings. Coming home in a warm house. I like December 5th (Dutch Santa Claus) with gifts and sweets. Decorating the house and tree for Christmas. Making Christmas cards.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.

It's got to be cute and girlie for me. I love pretty papers, pinks, and embellishments, as well as cute images, none of which tend to lend themselves to masculine cards!

I love making girly cards, but this little guy stole my heart.  I love making guy cards just to keep in practice and have a few on hand for the few guys I give cards to.

I do like to make girly cards because I can use pretty papers and sparkly gems

I love making cards for girls, because I love everything cute and girlie.  I am a big pink lover and that is a very perfect colour for girlie cards.

I prefer to make girlie cards as you can make them much prettier and there is a wider choice of embellishments if you need them.

Definitely a girl card from me. So much great stash to choose from when it comes to making cards for the fairer sex!! Male cards are just so difficult!!

I actually like making boy cards, they suit my CAS style quite well, but the majority of my makes are for the ladies, including this one that I made for my wonderful mum who had her 81st birthday this week

Wilma
For me it is girl. As many of us I also have a lot of cute and girly papers and embellishment in my stash. And I do find male/boy cards difficult.
