This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
your Favourite Rubber Stamp (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

I did have to think long and hard about this one, as I have about 5 current favourites (some old, some new) but the reason I've chosen this Posy trio from Lili of the Valley is because it's really versatile.  I've used it on cards, gifts and tags.

The bears are lovely and quick to colour, and you easily can fit all three onto a card base, or focus on just one as I've done here ...

... and they are the perfect size for my tag dies.  I cut around the metal die using a craft knife to create the coloured matted layers, and used matching seam binding.

Samantha

I love cupcakes and I love the Hero Art cupcake set.   I love it so much that the cupcake stamp used on the tag here was so overworked it started to break.  So I bought a complete new set of the same!
It's so versatile.

Carol

**coming soon - having computer issues :0( **

Mojca

Well I must admit that I love Magnolia stamps and this one is one of my favourite ones - Tilda with prince froggy. Well the little girls are so cute and can be used for all sorts of occasions.

Sarah

When I first started card making I bought quite a few from the Bildmalarna range, this one being the first. She still remains a favourite as she is so easy to colour and can be used for
lots of reasons, even Christmas at a push!!

Suzette
I love this stamp of Primrose, she look stylish and vintage.
I created the fabric flowers that work so well.

Wilma

This Henry the mouse is my favourite rubber stamp. I do have more of him, but this one I like the best because it is so versatile. I love that cute little mouse. He is so much fun to colour.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge, show us your style and
showcase your Favourite Rubber Stamp (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.

I love the warmth of summer, flowers in bloom, the long days and light evenings.

Winter & WHY? Well that is the season that everyone should be jolly! And its Christmas too! All that aside I LOVE the way a freshly laid dusting of snow looks and I LOVE walking in snow too! Seeing my foot prints and then seeing all the different foot prints down to tiny mice and bird foot prints too! Oh and I can make Christmas cards too! yay!

Carol

I love cosy colours so its Autumn for me. Love the rich colours the leaves turn, such a beautiful time in the countryside, nothing beats a walk through the woods and back home to a cosy fire!

Mojca

Definitely summer ... sunshine and sea always bring smile on my face.

Sarah

The romantic in me says Winter. Frosty walks, toasty log burner and cosy duvets!!

Suzette

Spring/Summer both my favourite seasons because I love flowers, ladybirds and butterflies

Wilma
Winter is my favourite season. Especially when we have snow, I love snow. I like cold weather and coming home in a warm and cosy house. And of course the typical Dutch Pea Soup and hotpots we eat in this season.

So now it's over to you.

We hope you will join in our challenge, show us your style and
showcase your Favourite Season (& why).

Crafty Sentiments

This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
your Favourite 2 Embellishments (& why).
You MUST explain WHY they are your 2 favourites.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

Pearls and ribbons have been my favourites for a long time.  I love the softness of the ribbon, and creating a little trio of pearls, usually to fill a corner.  I also like using pearls in the scoops of these scalloped cards.

My Favourite embellishments are Enamel dots and Bakers twine
I love both of these embellishments because they come in all different colours of the rainbow and are great on all card types.

Carol
using Little Friends
Butterflies and Pearls. I love Butterflies 'cause they are so pretty as the focal point or to dot about here and there and Pearls, one of my favourite pieces of jewellery .

Mojca
using With Love

I love ribbon and pearls. They work so gorgeous together.

Sarah
using Tess Summer Fun

When I use embellishments I will always reach for seam binding, for a lovely soft bow and pearls for a bit of texture and interest, particularly in corners or to balance the card.

Suzette
I love vintage laces and paper flowers as well as frantage....I am a vintage girl lol!

Wilma
using Harriet Witchy Ride
For me my 2 favorite embellishments are rhinestones and twine. The rhinestones give my cards a bit of bling and fill up corners or the heart of a flower. And the twine gives a playful effect behind a sentiment or flower.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge, show us your style and
showcase your Favourite 2 Embellishments (& why).
You MUST explain WHY they are your 2 favourites.

Good luck, and happy crafting.
