This fortnight's challenge theme is Anything Goes for Xmas.
(no fave this week, totally freestyle it!)

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

I've used a cute donkey digi from Amanda Jayne Designs and

I had great fun coloring up this cute image from our wonderful sponsor.

Anything goes and I went simple!!!

A little experiment with stencils and I quite like the effect.

I have made 2 advents calendars for my little nephews together with my mother. They have received them and really loved them. It was a lot of work, but so much fun to make.

thought I'd make a card with a robin on.
I do like to see them on Christmas cards and in the garden.

Each year I make something for each of my colleagues. This year I have cross stitched snowflakes and poinsettias to go in a three inch hoop. Most were red and green but I always make something pink for Eve as it's her favourite colour!

The one thing about the lead up to Christmas is lots of new crafty stuff available, and who doesn't love new stuff huh?

This one is very simple but I love the outcome. For the first time I used clear shimmer spray and I love it. It gives a lovely shine. (it's hard to see on this picture)

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.

This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite Metallic or Glitter card (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

I've got a lot more glitter card than mirror, and I especially love glitter (card or otherwise) for Christmas makes. I've never really liked using mirror card and find it very unforgiving in photographs, so it's an easy choice for me.

I love everything shiny!  I love the look of glitter and glitter paper, but really donÊ»t like the literal fallout.  All those little glittery flakes are pretty, but such a mess to clean up.  I do love metallics, especially when you have as much fun creating as I did making this card.

Oh my, metallic or glitter card stock, I love both equally so used both..but I think Metallic sneaks in on top...

I tend to use metallic card more than glitter card. I love the elegance metallic card can give to a special card, especially an anniversary.

I love both metallic and glitter cardstock, but for my project today I have chosen my absolute favourite: orange metallic cardstock. I love the subtle shimmer and the colour is really beautiful. I can't buy it anymore, so it is a real treasure for me.

I tend to only use glitter cardstock on Christmas cards but I do love to use metallic card when I have heat embossed anything.  It just matches so well.

Sarah
I do love a bit of snazz on my cards, especially at Christmas so golden metallic card adds just the right amount on these die cut layers.

I go for metallic. I love the shine and the extra touch on a card.
Some glitter cardstock or DP loses a lot of glitter which you find for days on your hands or face. Very annoying.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.

This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite Feminine or Masculine (crafting style wise) (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

It's pretty obvious from most of my creations that I prefer making feminie rather than masculine cards. I love all the flowers and pretty embellisments that make cards a bit more feminine, and I'd say that pinks and purples are my go-to colours.  Although today's card isn't too frilly, it is still feminine with the pretty pink floral papers.

For me, itÊ»s all about the goodies I have to work with.  Right now I have some new digital papers that make it really fun to do masculine cards.  I do love making famine cards, but the fact that masculine are a bit less fussy is sometimes preferable.

Gosh, I love making both feminine and masculine, so had to do a bit of both for this challenge..

I like making female cards best. There are so many pretty papers, girly images and flower dies to choose from not to mention gems and pearls.

Most of the times my cards are feminine style. I love using cute images, pink, cute embellishments etc, so they are easy for me to make. Masculine cards are harder, I prefer it when I can make them for a special person, so you know what kind of image and colours you can use.

Feminine for me.  I love to make pretty cards, especially floral ones, and like to add sparkly embellishments too.

It's defnintely a feminine make from me. I have oodles of girly stamps, papers, ribbons and flowers that really should be used!!

The majority of my makes are feminine, but I do really enjoy making for the boys as you can get away with simplicity without losing impact

Most of the time I make feminine cards. I like to use girly papers, flowers, embellishments and self coloured images.

So now it's over to you.
