Your Favourite Food (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

I've got a real sweet-tooth and am a total chocoholic!  I've created this cute cupcake themed card using my Silhouette cutting machine and featuring a cute kitten holding a tasty looking chocolate cake!

I love ice cream, all flavours, but especially lime sherbet.  Ice cream is the perfect way to cool off on a warm day and the tangy flavour of lime is an absolute treat!

Oh,YUM! Fish n chips for me, here in New Zealand you get the gold mine of eating fish, Gurnard, snapper,Blue Cod, Groper, teriyaki, and the list goes on and can order any of those fish in season..

Well I have not chosen the healthiest food, but it has that feel good factor. I love to bake whether it is sponge or fruit cakes. My favouite is rich fruit cakes, especially Christmas and wedding cake varieties.

I love icecream! Especially when it is bought from an ice cream store near my town. They have the best ice, especially the hazelnut, banana, yoghurt forest fruits or yoghurt orange. They are so good!

I like anything sweet, cakes, chocolate, anything!  I'd much rather have a dessert than a starter when we go out for a meal.

I absolutely LOVE lemon  be it a lemon tart, lemon drizzle cake, lemon roulade or even simply in a G&T!!

If I'm not well, or if I can't be bothered to cook, or if I want something quick ..... soup!
There is something so comforting about a bowl of soup and thick bread or a roll (buttered).
My favourites, in order, are cream of chicken, oxtail, vegetable, and tomato.  Nothing fancy, but oh so delicious.

I like savory food. Especially potatoes: baked, cooked, fried, mashed. I also like a piece of meat: minced meat, beef, chicken, bacon, lamb.
You can wake me up for a burger and fries.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.

Your Favourite Sketch or Layout (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

I flit between favouring fussy cards to clean and simple layouts, so it's difficult to narrow down a single favourite 'sketch' layout.  Today I'm in clean and simple mood, and this layout is one of my favourites: a curving top banner of pretty papers arching over my stamped image, with a thin strip of the same papers below the image panel to balance it out.  I've dressed it up a little more than normal with a double layer of papers (just using the offcut from the first cut) and added a trio of flat backed pearls for a some texture.

My sketchy likes are all over the place.  I really like this sketch because I feel it works well with my image.  Sketches are a great place to start a card, especially if you have low mojo.

I can honestly say I have never followed a sketch as far as I can remember, I tend to wander off in my own direction once started..so I found this sketch online and gave it a go..

I don't usually use sketches and my layouts vary quite a bit. So I made this card using this sketch loosely which I think suits these butterflies perfectly.

Most of my cards are clean and simple and I don't use a lot of patterned paper. This is my favourite layout when I want to use a little bit of patterned paper and then my card is still clean and simple.

I don't follow any particular sketches and I think it all depends on your image, but when I'm stuck for an idea this always seems to be my "go to" layout so it must be my favourite.  I'll have to try and be more adventurous!

When I am short on inspiration I visit the lovely Jules and her sketch library that is jam packed full of wonderful suggestions.

If I get stuck for a layout idea (and it happens often) or just need something fresh, then I'll pop over to the MFT Blog where they have a fabulous library of sketches from past challenges.  This one is very simple but surprisingly effective, and I have used it a few times now.

I have a board with sketches on Pinterest. I love to use card sketches. This is one of my favorite from MFT. I have a lot of design paper pads and with this sketch I can use up some of that papers.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.

Although I love to use floral papers and embellishments, the image has to be cute! I love anything cuddly and fluffy so I've chosen this adorable teddy who's holding his paws out for a cuddle.

I have to agree, this one is too tough.  I try to personalize my cards, so that has a lot to do with what image I choose.  I'm going with flowers for this challenge because I love coloring pretty floral images.

For me it is floral all the way..I can die cut and colour flowers everyday,
all day.

Floral, cute, decisions. A hard choice, I love cute and flowers so I have kind of sat on the fence with this one a little bit. It always depends on the recipient which one I choose. I think for this challenge cute wins with this adorable character.

I do love both cute and floral and I enjoy them both very much to make, but for this challenge I decided to go for cute. I really wanted to make an easter card with a sweet bunny and chick so I had no other choice than to go for cute. ;)

I do love both and send cute when appropriate, but I love colouring flowers with my Zig markers and they can appeal to many different ages too.

Cute, Cute, Cute all  the way for me!! I love colouring cute images, animals probably being my favourite (because I am rubbish at colouring hair!!). Cute images go together so well with my vast collection of contemporary paper pads too.

I do like colouring floral images, but tend to gravitate towards the cute 8 times out of 10.  There are just so many adorable characters out there, for every season, and I cannot resist a little critter.

This one isn't hard. Definitely flowers. I love flowers. They make me happy. I love the fields with tulips, daffodils and hyacinths with their bright colours and the smell. But I also love to have some flowers in my house.Pure enjoyment.

So now it's over to you.
