This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
your Favourite: Layered or Flat (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

I've used my favourite layout on today's card, which is 2 different patterned papers with a ribbon covering the join, and some pretty flowers framing my watercoloured image.  It seems to be my default layout so I'm going to opt for layered as my favourite!

I am all mixed up when it comes to layers or flat.  It all depends on the image and my mood.  I tend a little more toward layers, I think, because I love paper and mixing pretty patterns.

I LOVE my layers, the more layers the better, my favourite thing to do..

I make both layered and flat cards. I make layered cards if I am hand delivering. This one is for posting so it is a flatter card.

I love making clean and simple cards and I almost never use many layers on my card. so this was an easy choice. Ink blending is the perfect way for me to add a little something extra on my card without using an extra layer.

Nearly all my cards have layers on them even if, like this one, they are flat enough to be normal letter size. If I try to make a totally flat card I feel as though something is missing!

I make both but because postage is so expensive these days I do tend to make flatter cards.

I love them both. Its depends on the type of card I want to make. Or for whom the card is mentioned. For this challenge I choose flat.

It's over to you.

We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.
