Welcome to As You Like It Challenge
Our fortnightly challenge is a home for you to create something
which gives you a warm "inner glow" of pride, without lots of entry rules.
Usually we provide options for you to choose from.
You just need to select and use your favourite option in order to join in.
For a chance to win our prize or top-3 spot,
you need to tell us why you've made your choice.
That way our team and readers can appreciate why it's your favourite.
eg, if the theme is 'favourite animal' and you decide on 'bunny', tell us why.
eg, you love Thumper, the rabbit from Bambi !
So get crafting and remember to have fun

This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project usingYour Favourite Warm or Cool Colours (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.
Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:
Although I am currently on a Christmas Card mission, even when making wintry cards I seem to have a tendency toward warm pinks, being my favourite colour! I do like frosty blues but definitely prefer warmth as I seem to always feel the cold. Even in summer I'm wearing something warm and woolly when hubby is walking around in shorts and t-shirts!
I love blues and greens which translate to cool colors to me. I find them soothing and easy to combine and work so well for so many styles of crafting.
I love warm colours, Autumn shades and Summer colours..
It all depends on my mood which colour scheme I choose as well as the recipients taste. I have opted for warm shades of pink for this card. This is my friends favourite colour.
I don't think I have a preference for warm or cool colours. It all depends on the occasion and the image I am using for my card. for today I went for warm colours, because they match with the warm weather now and they make me happy right now.
Blue has always been my favourite colour, but more recently purple/lilac always seems to be first choice for flowers so I have chosen both for this card and must, therefore, be a cool colour person.
I had a scroll back at my projects and the tally seems to favour cool shades. I have a suspicion this is because I was a winter baby so go for icy shades.
Yelp! Well, I had to consult the colour wheel and previous makes and it seems that I favour the cool side of the spectrum, with blues and purples being my most used.
Cool colours for me. My favorite color is green. When I scroll back on my blog I come across a lot of green and blue 😀.
When I make a card I notice that I often use green and/or blue. That's also when I go shopping for new clothes.
So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.
Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.
