This fortnight's challenge theme is to showcase a project using
Your Favourite Christmas Image or Animal (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Here are the beautiful creations made by our Design Team to get your mojo flowing:

Normally, my favourite Christmas animal is a tuxedo wearing penguin (I adore love those funny little waddlers!) but this polar bear has seriously put my penguin addiction into question. However, just to be on the safe side though, I've added a photo-bombing penguin pal balancing on the bear's paw, but at the moment it remains a hung jury!

I love bears for Christmas, especially guy little bears like this one from Amanda Jane Designs.  He is just darling all bundled up in his scarf and just perfect for this snowy Christmas scene.

This little Bear I use every Christmas and this image would be my favourite..Barry Signpost..
from the now closed Stampfairy..

Bears are a great favourite of mine for Christmas. Very cute and cuddly and can be fun for young and older recipients
This is one of our sponsors images Polar Bear.

I love all christmas images with cute animals. I have a special place in my heart for an image with a mouse, but I also love this adorable little reindeer. He is very cute!

I love to make Christmas cards with trees whether they be stamped or die cut.  They are more suited than cute for a lot of the people I send to and this one, although an old stamp, is my favourite.

I do love a bear at Christmas, in this case the lovely Barry from the no longer trading Stampfairy.

This image is a new one to me but it has already become a favourite, it combines a cute bunny with a sweet scene, what more could I want - I shall be going into production shortly.

My favorite christmas image is poinsettia. I always buy some poinsettia plants for Christmas. I love the shape of the leaves and the colour, especially the white/green or red variety.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
Don't forget, you MUST explain WHY it is your favourite to be eligible to win.

Good luck, and happy crafting.
Hugs from the AYLI girls.

Favourite Traditional or Contemporary Christmas Style (and why)

Your Favourite Traditional or Contemporary Xmas Style (& why).
You MUST explain WHY it is your favourite.

Whilst I quite like the traditional festive colours of red and green, I do like a more cute modern style of image, and this little pingu stretching to deocrate his tree is right up my street.  Penguins are also my favourite Christmas Critter, so this little guy is a winner in my book!

Iʻm going with Contemporary.  I love using all the cutsie Christmas stamps and dies out there that lend themselves so well to contemporary colors.

Traditional for me, lots of stuff, ribbons, bells, green, red, poinsettias snow,
all of it, so pretty..

I love all types of Christmas styles. This time I have chosen contemporary. I love those traditional papers in lovely non traditional colours. Christmas roses are another favourite flower.

I really love making cute cards, so I have chosen the contemporary style. I just cannot resist cute image and love colouring them.

I love both, but for the purpose of this challenge have gone contemporary.  It's given me a good reason to use one of my unused stamp sets.

I am a fan of cute so it is most definitely modern for me. Unusual colours, snazzy paper and a cute character ticks all the boxes!!

I tend to make quirkier Christmas cards so contemporary suits me well, it allows me to use all sorts of cute character images, some tongue-in-cheek sentiments, and to avoid the traditional red and green combo.

For me that is traditional. I like the colors green and red. Also for the usual images such as baubles, Christmas stars, Christmas trees, sleds, etc.

So now it's over to you.
We hope you will join in our challenge and show us your style.
